How much rest do I need?

Take your rest days seriously. A good workout will wear your muscles down and rest days or recovery days will rebuild them. Try maintain a regular sleep schedule, you need a full nights rest.

I'm sick, what should I do?

Rest lol! focus on getting better. Take a break from the gym, and let yourself recover.

When should I weigh myself?

You should weigh yourself in the morning, when your body has little waste and waterin it.

My weight is fluctuating day to day, help?

Don’t worry, this happens its completely normal

I have a 'high metabolism' I cannot gain weight!

Even if you do have a very high metabolism compared to someone that has an average one you only need to eat about 200 calories more. You’re probably just not eating as much as you think. You should track everything you eat for a week. Try myfitnesspal

How do I increase my appetite? I'm feeling dead bloated eating too much

Theres loads that will help you. Try eat more frequently with smaller portioned meals. Drinking lots of water, working out with intensity, increasing your calorie intake slowly so your body can adjust are the best ways.

It’ll be tough at first to change your diet. Give yourself some time to get used to the extra calories.

Am I allowed a 'cheat meal'?

You should follow the 90/10 rule. The 90/10 rule basically means 90% of the time you stick to your plans and 10% of the time you should eat whatever the hell you want! You need this to keep motivated, trust me.

Small food cheats won’t hurt, just keep them as treats!

I'm on a budget, and I don't know how to afford all this food. What do I do?

I do not have access to a gym or other equipment, what should I do?

If joining a gym or buying equipment isn’t an option then don’t worry. Theres plenty of other things you can do in the meantime. If you have no equipment at all then check out our bodyweight exercise series.
